Getting Started with Renewly
Welcome to Renewly! This 5-minute guide will help you upload your first contract and understand how instant extraction works.
Quick Start: 3 Steps
1. Upload Your First Contract
Navigate to the Upload page or dashboard and drag-and-drop a PDF contract. We support service agreements, vendor contracts, leases, and any document with renewal terms.
2. Instant Extraction of Key Information
Renewly automatically extracts parties, dates, payment terms, contract values, and identifies potential risks. This usually takes under 10 seconds with consistently high accuracy.
- Parties & Contacts: Names, emails, and roles
- Important Dates: Effective, expiration, and renewal dates
- Payment Terms: Values, schedules, and billing frequency
- Risk Analysis: Potential risks categorized by severity
3. Never Miss a Vendor Renewal
Renewly automatically monitors renewal dates and sends email alerts at 30, 60, and 90 days before expiration. You can also sync deadlines to your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
Welcome Tour
