You know every client contract cold. Who is watching the stack you pay for?
The RMM, the PSA, backup, endpoint security and distributor licensing each renew on their own date, with their own uplift, while your client contracts stay fixed. Renewly reads every vendor agreement and tells you the last day you can say no.
The vendor stack renews underneath fixed client contracts
Uplifts land on a price you cannot move
Client agreements are often fixed for two or three years. The vendor stack underneath is not. Every renewal increase that lands during a client's term comes straight out of margin, on a contract everyone still believes is healthy.
Licence counts do not know a client left
Devices come out of the console when a client offboards. The seat or endpoint count on the RMM, backup and security contracts often stays where it was until someone remembers to true it up, so you keep paying to cover a client you no longer serve.
Nobody owns the vendor calendar
Client renewals have a CRM, a pipeline and an owner. Vendor agreements were bought at different times by different people: a technician, a co-founder who left, the previous owner of an acquired book. The vendor side gets whoever opens the invoice that month.
Every vendor agreement. Every deadline. One list.
- 2.1Upload the agreementsRMM, PSA, backup, endpoint and email security, documentation, distributor licensing, colocation. Upload the PDFs, or forward the renewal email to your Renewly inbox.
- 2.2Renewly reads the termsFor each agreement: the vendor, the value, the renewal date, the notice period and whether it renews automatically. It works out the last day you can cancel, renegotiate or true up, and lists the key terms it finds, such as uplift clauses.
- 2.3The owner gets the alertAssign each agreement to the person who runs that tool. Alerts go out 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before the last day to act, in time to reconcile licence counts and negotiate before the uplift lands.
Built for the business behind the service desk
Notice deadline calculation
Reads '90 days prior written notice' and turns it into a calendar date. No counting back from the renewal date.
Auto-renewal detection
Every agreement that continues automatically is flagged when you upload it, not when the invoice arrives.
Key terms on the page
Renewly lists the key terms and obligations it finds in each agreement, so an uplift clause or minimum commitment is not buried in the fine print.
Export for the quarterly review
On Starter and above, a one-click export of every agreement, value and deadline, ready to set against client contract dates.
Forward renewal emails
Vendors and distributors send renewal notices by email. Forward them to your @in.renewly.gg address and the agreement is captured, with nothing to file.
Search every agreement at once
Ask one question across the whole stack: which renew automatically, which have notice periods over 60 days, which are above a set value.
An illustrative example of how it goes wrong
An MSP signs a client to a three-year managed services agreement at a fixed monthly price. Six months in, its RMM platform renews with a price increase written into the renewal terms. Four months later the PSA renews with its own increase, and the backup service has been climbing with the endpoint count.
None of it arrives as one alarming bill. The cost of serving that client rises every year while the price it pays stays where it was signed, and no one ever decided to let that happen.
Put the vendor calendar next to the client calendar
Renewly Starter is $149 a month for up to 100 agreements. Compare that with one uplift absorbed for the rest of a client's term.
No implementation project and nothing to install. Upload the agreements and the deadlines appear.

Questions people ask.
Our PSA already tracks client contract renewals. Why do we need this?
Your PSA tracks what clients owe you: agreements, renewals, billing. It does not read the notice periods in the agreements you hold with your own vendors. Those are a separate list, and they are the ones that renew without anyone deciding.
Can Renewly read distributor terms and older scanned agreements?
Yes. Renewly reads scanned PDFs as well as digital ones, and you can forward renewal emails too. Very poor scans can miss details, so check the extracted dates on anything important, above all the notice period.
Does Renewly connect to our RMM or PSA?
Not directly. Renewly works from the agreements themselves, uploaded or forwarded by email. On Business and above there are webhooks and an API if you want to pass renewal dates into other tools.
Can each tool owner see their own agreements?
Yes. Every plan includes team access (Free and Starter 3 seats, Business 10). Assign agreements to specific owners; each person gets their own alerts.
What happens when the person who bought a tool leaves?
Reassign the agreement to someone else in one click. They inherit the alert schedule, so the deadline does not leave with the person.
