By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Create an account with a valid email address
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Promptly update any changes to your account information

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Receive renewal notifications
Export your data

5.2 Prohibited Uses

Violate any laws or regulations

Upload illegal, fraudulent, or stolen content

Harmful Activities:

Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Abuse of Service:

Exceed rate limits or attempt DoS attacks
Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the contracts and data you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to upload Your Content
Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Your Content does not contain viruses or malicious code

7. AI Processing and Accuracy

Important Disclaimers

✓ AI analysis is provided "as-is" and may contain errors
✓ You should verify all extracted information for accuracy
✓ We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis
✓ AI does not constitute legal advice

7.2 Human Review Required

Critical decisions should not be made solely based on AI analysis. You should review all AI-extracted information and consult legal professionals for important contract matters.

8. Fees and Payment

Free Tier

The Service is currently provided free of charge during the alpha/beta period. Pricing for paid plans will be announced when available.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Going to Settings → Delete Account
Emailing support@renewly.gg

Upon termination, your data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may export your data before deletion.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account immediately for:

Violation of these Terms
Illegal activity
Abuse of the Service
Extended inactivity (2+ years)

10. Disclaimers

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be accurate. Use at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed $100 (for free service) or the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
