You cost every job to the dollar. Who is watching the equipment lease?
Job costs run through a system that will not let you close a job without them. Overhead contracts run through a drawer. Renewly reads your equipment leases, software agreements and service contracts, and tells you the last day you can act on each one.
Construction overhead renews on its own calendar
Contracts outlive the jobs they were signed for
A firm runs on projects with a start, a finish and a closeout. Contracts run underneath all of them. There is no closeout meeting where somebody asks whether the equipment financing or the storage lease still makes sense, so the agreements signed for one project keep renewing long after it ends.
Equipment leases carry the most complicated terms
End-of-term options, return conditions, hour limits with overage charges, and purchase windows that open and close. Notice periods on equipment and property are often ninety days or more, and missing one of those dates is rarely a small number.
Software seats are sized for your busiest season
Estimating, project management, takeoff, scheduling, telematics and safety platforms are bought per seat when the workload peaks. Headcount moves with the work; the licence count does not. On an annual plan, the correction has to happen before the renewal.
Every overhead contract. Every deadline. One list.
- 2.1Upload the agreementsEquipment leases, software contracts, yard and truck leases, telematics, drug testing and safety training subscriptions. Upload the PDFs, or forward the renewal email to your Renewly inbox.
- 2.2Renewly reads the termsFor each contract: the vendor, the value, the renewal date, the notice period and whether it renews automatically. It works out the last day you can cancel or renegotiate, and lists the key terms and obligations it finds, so option windows and return conditions are on the page instead of buried in a clause.
- 2.3The owner gets the alertAssign each contract to the person responsible, the same way a job has a superintendent. Alerts go out 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before the last day to act.
Built for the office behind the jobs
Notice deadline calculation
Reads '90 days prior written notice' and turns it into a calendar date. No formula errors, no guessing.
Auto-renewal detection
Every contract that continues automatically is flagged when you upload it, not when the invoice arrives.
Key terms on the page
Renewly lists the key terms and obligations it finds in each agreement, so a purchase window or a return condition does not stay buried on page fourteen.
Export for the accountant
On Starter and above, a one-click export of every contract, value and deadline, for year-end, the bank or a buyer's due diligence.
Forward renewal emails
Vendors send renewal notices by email. Forward them to your @in.renewly.gg address and the contract is captured, no filing needed.
Search every contract at once
Ask one question across all your agreements: which leases have notice periods over 60 days, which contracts renew automatically, which are above a set value.
An illustrative example of how it goes wrong
A general contractor leases an excavator for a three-year project. The lease has a purchase option that opens ninety days before the end of the term and closes on the last day. The project finishes early, the superintendent who signed the lease moves to another job, and nobody diarises the window.
The machine goes back under the return conditions, with an hour-overage charge on top. The option to buy it at the agreed price was open for three months and nobody knew.
Give overhead the same rigor as a job
Renewly Starter is $149 a month for up to 100 contracts. Compare that with one equipment lease or yard lease rolling into a term you meant to end.
No implementation project and nothing to install. Upload the contracts and the deadlines appear.

Questions people ask.
We already have construction management software. Why do we need this?
Construction software runs jobs: bids, schedules, change orders, job costs. It does not read the notice periods in your equipment leases or software agreements. Those overhead contracts are a separate problem, and they are the ones that renew without anyone deciding.
Can Renewly read old scanned leases?
Yes. Renewly reads scanned PDFs as well as digital ones. Very poor scans can miss details, so check the extracted dates on anything important.
How many contracts does a typical contractor have?
It varies with the size of the fleet and the office. Free covers 5 contracts, Starter up to 100 and Business up to 500. Most firms can see which plan fits after uploading their largest leases and software agreements.
Can each project manager see their own contracts?
Yes. Every plan includes team access (Free and Starter 3 seats, Business 10). Assign contracts to specific owners; each person gets their own alerts.
What happens when the person who signed a contract leaves?
Reassign the contract to someone else in one click. They inherit the alert schedule, so the deadline does not leave with the person.
