1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1.1 Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with Renewly Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

What's Covered:

  • First-time purchases of Pro (Monthly or Annual)
  • Annual subscription renewals
  • Upgrades from Monthly to Annual
  • Technical issues preventing use of the service

1.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

1.3 Processing Time

Response time: Within 1 business day
Refund processing: 3-5 business days (via Stripe)
Refund method: Original payment method

2. Subscription Cancellation (No Refund)

If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day refund period, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of your billing period.

2.1 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Immediate effect: You will not be charged again
  • Pro features: You retain Pro access until the end of your billing period
  • After billing period ends: Your account reverts to the Free tier (5 contracts)
  • Your data: All contracts remain accessible

2.2 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Sign in to your Renewly account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Manage Subscription" (opens Stripe billing portal)
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"

3. Free Tier

The Free tier of Renewly is completely free with no credit card required. There are no refunds for the Free tier as there are no charges.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue or provide a prorated refund if we can't fix it.

4.2 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund regardless of the 30-day window. Please report billing errors to support@renewly.gg immediately.

4.3 Service Termination

If we terminate or discontinue the Renewly service, we will provide prorated refunds for all active Pro subscriptions.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds Will Not Be Provided For:

  • Abuse of service: Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after 30 days: The refund window has passed
  • Partial month refunds: Monthly subscriptions are not prorated
  • Multiple refund requests: Only one refund per customer
  • Failed payments: Your subscription was already cancelled due to payment failure

6. Payment Processing & Disputes

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.

Stripe is our payment processor. They handle:

  • Payment processing and security
  • Tax calculation and collection
  • Subscription management
  • Refund processing

6.1 Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and additional fees. We're committed to resolving any payment issues directly and quickly.

6.2 Disputed Charges

If you see an unexpected charge on your statement:

  1. Check your email for a receipt from Stripe
  2. Email us at support@renewly.gg with transaction details
  3. We'll investigate and resolve within 1 business day
