Never miss a renewal deadline again
Tell us when a contract renews and we will email you before the window to cancel or renegotiate closes. Free, no account needed.
How the free reminder works
Enter the date your contract ends or renews, and the notice period written in it. We work out the last day you can act: the renewal date minus the notice period. That is the date that matters, because on the renewal date itself it is usually too late to cancel or renegotiate.
We send a confirmation email first and nothing else until you click it. After that you get an email 60, 30, 7 and 1 day before your last day to act, and you can add the date to your calendar. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we delete the reminder 90 days after the date has passed.
Why the notice period matters more than the renewal date
Contracts that renew automatically usually require written notice before the end of the term, commonly 30, 60 or 90 days. If your notice arrives late, the contract rolls into a new term, often at the same or a higher price, and many suppliers are under no obligation to remind you. A reminder set for the renewal date goes off after the window has already shut.
If you are not sure of the notice period, look for the renewal or termination clause in the signed agreement. If you leave it blank, we remind you against the end date itself. That is better than nothing, but it may be too late for a contract with a notice period.
When one reminder is not enough
This tool watches one date for one contract. Most businesses have dozens of supplier contracts, each with its own notice period, owner and renewal date. Renewly reads the contracts themselves, finds the renewal terms and notice periods, and alerts the right person before each deadline. It is free for up to 5 contracts.
