Vendor renewal terms: the last day to say no
Software renews on the vendor's terms unless you say no in time. Here is what each of these five vendors says, in their own words, and how to work out your last day. Checked on 2 October 2026.
Microsoft 365 renewal: the last day to say no
If you bought direct from Microsoft, you only get a refund by cancelling within seven days of the start or renewal; after that you can switch off recurring billing and keep the service until the term ends.
Salesforce renewal: the last day to say no
Under Salesforce's standard agreement, your subscription renews for a further year unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the end of the term.
HubSpot renewal: how to stop it auto-renewing
HubSpot renews your subscription automatically, and its terms say you must turn off auto-renewal in your account before the end of the current term.
Zoom renewal: the last day to say no
Zoom's terms say a subscription renews automatically unless you give notice at least 30 calendar days before the next renewal term starts.
Datadog renewal: the last day to say no
Datadog's current agreement renews your order automatically, and you must tell your Customer Success Manager at least 15 days before it expires.
