How to give notice

  1. Find the date your current term ends in your Zoom billing portal.
  2. Count back 30 calendar days. Picture a renewal term starting on 1 January: 30 days before is 2 December. Add a few days.
  3. Give notice in the billing portal, or email renewals@zoom.us.
  4. Keep a screenshot or a copy of the email.
