Datadog renewal: the last day to say no
Datadog's current agreement renews your order automatically, and you must tell your Customer Success Manager at least 15 days before it expires.
What Datadog says
“automatically renew as a new Order”
“at least 15 days before the expiration”
Source: Datadog Master Subscription Agreement (version dated 27 July 2023), checked on 2 October 2026.
Your order form or negotiated agreement can say something different. Check your own contract. Datadog contracts are often negotiated, so your order may differ.
