Adobe Creative Cloud renewal: the last day to say no
Adobe refunds a direct plan in full if you cancel within 14 days of the first order. After that, an annual plan billed monthly costs a lump sum of 50% of the remaining contract to cancel, a prepaid annual plan is non-refundable and runs to the end of its term, and the plan renews after year one with no cancel-by date in the terms.

Your order form or negotiated agreement can say something different. Check your own contract. This page covers plans bought direct from Adobe. Teams plans cancel through Customer Support, not the Admin Console. Through a reseller, Adobe's VIP terms say licences must be renewed before the anniversary date and the reseller's terms apply. Enterprise agreements are negotiated and not covered.

How to give notice
- Find the renewal date: an individual plan under Plans in your Adobe Account, a teams plan in the Admin Console.
- Decide which exit is cheapest: within 14 days of the first order (full refund), at the renewal date (no fee), or mid-term on an annual plan billed monthly (50% of what remains).
- An individual plan can be cancelled in your Adobe Account or through Customer Support. A teams plan is cancelled by contacting Customer Support; the terms name no other route.
- Keep the chat transcript or case number, and note the date.

Does a teams plan renew for a year or a month?
Adobe's terms say that for automatic renewing customers in the United States, after the first year the subscription renews monthly until you cancel; for all other customers it renews annually.
