HubSpot renewal: how to stop it auto-renewing
HubSpot renews your subscription automatically, and its terms say you must turn off auto-renewal in your account before the end of the current term.

“your subscription will automatically renew for the shorter of the same duration as your prior term or one year”
“you must turn off the auto-renewal setting in the Account & Billing section ... prior to the end of your Current Term.”

How to give notice
- Open Account & Billing in your HubSpot account (a user with billing rights is needed).
- Turn off the auto-renewal setting for the subscription. Do it comfortably before the term ends.
- Screenshot the setting and note the date.
- Check the end date of each product separately, as terms can differ.

Is there a set number of days?
The wording we checked says "prior to the end of your Current Term" and gives no day count. Do not leave it to the last day.
I have seen a different notice period elsewhere. Which is right?
