Notice of intentRef. clause 11.2

Know the last day you can still say no.

Every contract has a date after which you are locked in for another year. It is written down, in a sentence nobody reads. Renewly reads it, does the arithmetic, and puts the day in your diary while you can still act.

No card. No sales call. Nobody typing dates into a spreadsheet at eleven at night.

How it works, in three lines.

  1. You give it the contract.

Drop the PDF in, or forward the email it arrived in. Scanned, photographed, signed in biro: all fine.

  2. It reads the sentence nobody reads.

Auto-renewal, notice period, renewal date. Each is found, underlined, and kept next to the words it came from, so you can check the working.

  3. You get one date, and a nudge before it.

The last day to say no, in your calendar and your inbox, ninety, sixty, thirty and seven days out. After that there is nothing left to warn you about.

2

The schedule, as a calendar you can read.

Every contract you own, on one wall. Hatched days are gone. Green days are still yours. The ringed day is the one that matters. Click any day to make it today.

Matt du Jardin, founder of Renewly

I have worked in IT since the late nineties, across private banking, media and telecoms, and the same thing kept happening everywhere: a renewal nobody saw coming. The expensive data centre contract. The accounting software the whole company runs on. Renewly is the tool I kept wishing someone had built.

Matt du Jardin, founder. CCIE-certified network consultant by trade. matt@renewly.gg, and it is really me who answers.

Renewly tells you
ninety days early.
